Haller is an expert in check and online fraud detection with extensive expertise in the financial services industry and fraud and risk mitigation technology solutions. As a former user of Fiserv Financial Crime Risk Management Solutions, he brings a true user-perspective to his current role. Haller works with clients to develop secure fraud detection systems and operational practices designed to deliver superior loss avoidance. He advises clients in all areas of fraud detection from best practices in fraud policy development and deployment through using analytic models to innovate and improve fraud detection performance. Prior to joining this, Haller led the Fraud Detection Department at M&I Bank (now part of BMO Harris Bank) including developing the fraud detection systems design and performance strategy as well as leading the fraud policy development and execution strategy. His team consistently met their loss and loss avoidance targets for the corporation, an industry leader in check fraud loss avoidance as reported by the American Bankers Association.
