Right to Privacy: Applying the Principles of Data Protection and Privacy Framework

The issue of balancing ‘Privacy’ with ‘Data Economy’ has once again come to the forefront, triggering a host of debates and petitions by government, human rights activists, CISO, CPO, and legal experts.
